Hope everyone enjoys the nice long weekend!

Our Hairy Harry plants went home today.  We had so much fun watching them grow!
We got to see two third grade plays, had a picnic with our 8th grade buddies, and went to a Bergamot concert this week!

Also remember there is no school on Monday May 26.  The last day of school is June 5 and field day is June 3.

We will be meeting with our 8th grade buddies for the last time on Thursday.  We will have lunch together and then play time.

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms!  I hope you have a great, relaxing weekend!

Mother's Day Mass: The Mother's Day Mass is on Wednesday May 14th at 8:15 am.  Similar to the Father's Day Mass, students may drop off their things in the classroom and then head straight to the church to get seats.  If a guest is not coming to sit with your child, they come to the classroom as normal and sit with me.

Remember to keep collecting pop tabs and box top labels for our school!

There is no school on Monday May 26 in honor of Memorial Day.

We are starting to wind down our year in kindergarten!  I'm so proud of everyone's progress.  Next week I will start doing a final reading assessment.  Also, we have started "Star Paper of the Day" in order to encourage neat handwriting and coloring.  Please remember to read with your students each night.   We also have been working with money (coins only) so please practice this as well.
